Roger Braswell

Hi Laura,
Personally, I'm glad 2008 is over. Although the economy didn't help, I made some novice mistakes that cost me a lot of business so I'm ready to make changes for 2009.
The biggest factor was not having a mentor who could possibly have helped me avoid some of them. One thing I've begun to act on is putting a team of advisors in place to help me. Included are a sales coach, T.P. franchise specific coach, etc.
However, I'm still looking for a true mentor. Every success book author recommends you have one but they don't explain how to find them. I know the person I'm seeking is hard to find because of the criteria I set but, through persistence, I'll find one. I'm just not sure of the best way to start. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Roger
